We celebrated LNP graduation, kicked off summer camp, and began swim lessons. Older adults enjoyed field trips and nutrition classes. Elementary explored nature and teens stayed active with YMCA visits and afternoons at Goodman Pool.

April at BLW was full of growth and connection! We crowned our 2025 Prom Court winner at our second annual Prom Encore! Our youth kicked off ChickQuest with UW Extension 4-H. Older adults enjoyed Tai Chi and more!

The month of March brought happy memories at BLW. LNP had some festive St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Our older adults enjoyed our very first Movie Matinée and an informative Fraud Prevention workshop led by the Madison Police Department.

February was a month filled with joy at BLW! From heartwarming Valentine's Day celebrations to inspiring community events like our Black History Month meal, there was no shortage of excitement.

We kicked off 2025 strong with our annual Día de los Reyes Magos celebration with Los Niños Primero and an Open House Family Night to welcome new families. Older adults engaged with northside neighbors at the bingo night at our sister center, Vera Court.
